Founded by Jordan in 2016, Elite Energy Assessments provides fast thermal performance assessments on new homes, renovations, and extensions. 
Jordan is a thermal performance assessor and accredited by Design Matters National (DMN). He gained his Certificate IV in NatHERS Assessment from the Registered Training Organisation Transformed as well as completing a Statement of Attainment with SmartRate for the use of the FirstRate5 software.
Elite Energy Assessments offers a 24-48 hour turnaround on energy ratings. A preview will be sent through to the clients showing the 6 star rating, along with an email detailing any requirements needed to meet the 6 star minimum. Upon approval and payment from the client, the thermal performance report along with the stamped plans will then be emailed to the client.
